Location was great. Right in Susukino, close to many of the main things in the area. Rooms were larger than expected. Smaller fridge than other hotels, but nothing too bad. Staff were friendly and efficient. Overall, I am very satisfied and will consider staying here again.
Just nitpicky stuff like a smaller fridge and water, small lobby...absolutely nothing that would make it bad. I really have nothing bad to say about the property.

Location is very convenient at susukino, very easy to find. Opposite of the Kani shogun as a landmark.

The staff have no policy regarding laundry use, specifically if patients don’t remove their laundry promptly. Other properties have signs saying if your laundry is left for a long period of time unattended, the front desk will remove it, and you can retrieve it from the front desk. When I ask them to do something about laundry that someone has left for over an hour, they just told me to find another machine on another floor. Sure that’s what I need to do, but that doesn’t solve the issue for future travelers. I also need to Amazon some thing that I lost, and they were did not provide any assistance. Overall, I would say they’re not very keen on customer service, and you would get better customer service in Tokyo.
