Located in Tanukikoji Street. Walking distance to Odori Park, Pole town, and Susukino. Onsen bath/hot bath after a day's stroll. Freebies e.g. coffee, heat pack, ice cream, probiotic drink, ramen at night, etc. Easy check in and Check out. Staff are courteous and helpful.

The location
In room toilet was not clean. There was a lingering urine smell (we suspect from the toilet floor as those are rubber mat type and wasn't cleaned well). Charging a fee to clean the room (¥1500) but upon check in the room felt it wasn't clean prior feels a little con job-ish.
