The apartment was clean and well maintained. Feels homely.
Small things like trash bags and aluminium foil were not stocked up. Although there was a box in the drawer,, the roll was empty. Likewise, there were no extra larger trash bags that we could use to replace those where we took out to clear rubbish. Having said that, the staff responded quite promptly by providing us with the trash bags the next day.
Also, there was a very strong turpentine smell once we come out from the apartment - was quite suffocating when waiting for the lift to arrive

2nd stay in 2 weeks over August. Family liked 3F more than 2F. The snacks, amenities provided were everything you need.

Stayed twice with family on different floors over 2 weeks. Everyone loved it, lift access, good location (but 10-15min walk to central or subways), clean, spacious beds and overall apartment space. 3F is more modern looking than 2F but both equally comfortable. Great for groups and families! Staff was great and helped store luggage for 2 nights and moved them directly inside the apartment for 2nd check-in.
We would definitely stay here again!
Aircon smells a bit musty and looked dusty on 2F.
