The hotel is in a great location. We booked a Corner Suite on the Plaza Floor, which was definitely worth it—the room was spacious, comfortable, and very well equipped. The facilities were also great, and having a ReFa shower head and hair dryer was a nice bonus. The staff were very helpful throughout our stay.

Room was clean and tidy, but part of the hotel was under renovation. Location was quiet. Breakfast was average.
Coffee at breakfast was bad. Niseko during summer was quiet. All the hyped summer activities were closed during our trip.
