Excellent breakfast but crowd was unexpected even 30 minutes before opening. Appreciate warnings of this in elevator and number system after first seating.
Location was great to Autumn festival and other sites but mainly to train station.
Very small area to wait for breakfast although it went pretty fast.

The Location is close to the park and previous Government red brick house. Excellent breakfast with unlimited Sashimi, water filler and many convenient stores around. Excellent Onsen with many temperature levels for guests to choose. Very nice view and easy access to the tour meeting points. Staffs are very nice and helpful. Thumps up for this hotel, we hope to be back again and will stay with you every time we are in Sapporo!
Cleaning is not down everyday, only once in 2 days.

Nice lobby and close to Sapporo station
The room was way too small, challenging with two big luggage. The shower head was dirty!
