Our stay at the Croas Hotel was wonderful
It’s location is perfect
It is warm and comfortable with amazing views of the city and mountains
However the very best thing about the Cross Hotel is the staff who were exceptional and excellent in every way
The breakfast staff were so kind and helpful
Very attentive and always helped us with pronouncing little phases
Mariko (who we later discovered is the senior manager) printed out a colourful sheet with words and pictures to explain how to select foods for a traditional Japanese breakfast 💕
The choice was wonderful and great quality
I really miss the lovely breakfast now that we are home!
We also enjoyed spending some time in the meetlounge in the evening to chill out with a snack and a drink it was so relaxing after a busy day
I cannot praise the staff at this hotel highly enough

Great location, good pool, parking was easy. Really found it a central spot to do everything we needed to do. Value for money was great!
There isn’t really anything we didn’t like - just that the lift stopped on the 2nd floor every time for ‘security’ yet nobody was ever there to look at anything. Made no sense.

Staff, amenities, location
Rooms were small, needs more laundry washers and dryers

Great location, just a short walk from the train station. The room was as pictured on Booking.com. Bathroom vanity area was nice and spacious. Love the Onsen on site. Totally enjoyed the lounge access.
Great izakaya right next door, Izakaya Lab.
Lobby on the 2nd floor a bit inconvenient.
