Clean room, with excellent attentive staff who made us feel welcomed. Despite being a bit of a walk from the station, the surrounding area is full of vibrant charm and many places to discover. (I recommend Okami Soup especially)
Room was slightly on the small side, it would be hard to store larger suitcases in it

Location is great.
The spacious room (with 3 single beds)
The excellent buffet breakfast (with fresh melon), it is very yummy.
The ice-cream at 2/F is so great for after taking onsen.
Basically it is good, maybe just little bit higher price than others.
And the car park is full, you need to park at the other parking lot. but it is still acceptable.

Breakfast, massage chair, location.
Carpet was old and felt dirty. Air so dry and weird smell. Onsens baths quite small compare to hotel size and no sauna for women in the same building you have to go to some other building which is not practical nor comfortable.
