Location is excellent. Room is spacious and comfortable. Almost all necessary items, such as electric kettle, hairdryer, cups, spoons, toothbrush etc are provided in the room. Overall it is good.
I like to mention a few points especially for future foreign visitors:
1. It was staff-free check-in (easy and smooth). However the explanation on how to use the password to enter the room was not explained properly.
2. As two properties are available within same building, the two elevators are locked (only residents can access) while only one elevator is available for hotel. This was not explained well prior to my arrival.
3. There was no chair in the room. Only a small table, with some broken parts is available in addition to bed.
I recommend that the hotel management should consider explaining procedures clearly in advance. Anyways, I managed the situation as I experienced similar stays in the past. However, I would be in trouble if this was my first such stay in Japan.

１Ｋのアパートにタオルと最低限のアメニティが提供される部屋だと思っておけば良いのだと思う。ドームでイベントがある日だったようで、札幌市内のホテルが超高額になっており、部屋には見合わない高い金額での宿泊となったため、良くなかった点で記入しているが、３人まで宿泊して良い部屋のようなので、普通の日に複数人で宿泊するにはコスパは良いのではないかと思います。それでも寝るだけの部屋と思った方が良い。
