Think before you book! A very unpleasant room.

The in room services was not good at all. Didn’t had an iron no hair dryer no laundry bag, the bedsheets and the pillow cover had stains and felt like they were not been removed or changed for weeks. The shower gel was also not refilled. They didn’t even had vallet parking Over all a worst experience with a property of Hilton

Location and cleanliness is good. But due to staff a brand like Hilton is not up to the mark

Location was good but can improve with breakfast and experienced staff as well.

Staff is not matured. Morning cleaning of the room not done even after being informed to clean(it is standard that next day we get rooms cleaned). Reception staff don’t know the basics of room allotments and water bottle given inside the room.

Don’t book there a waste of money

Nothing really. Over priced and should not be rated a 5 star. Was more 3 star experience.

Staff were so unprofessional. Most staff were not well trained and had no idea. Internet did not work. Room was dirty. Dining service was horrendous. Seemed like the staff didn’t want to be there. Took me 3 goes to get a fried egg. Anyone who came after me got the egg given to them. I had to toast my bread 3 times. We had dinner included in our stay yet the staff was giving us a menus to order from. No idea. Unappologetic.

Excellent property n hospitality

Excellent spread n taste. Restaurant asst manager Mr dhananjay took special care in the restaurant while dining by going that extra mile. Best wishes to the team.

Very Bad , didn't expect Hilton provide such bad services.

Very Bad .....Bath rooms were very dirty ....no hot water in the room.

Rooms are bad shape ....no hot water and receptions staffs not cooperative .

Breakfast is same for all 3 days , slow services, non responsive staff 2 hours no electricity in room we kept waiting outside the room , reception staff did know about our stay confirmation and initially asking to pay double amount adter si much of struggle waiting in resturrant for 6 hours got room which was smelling badlly , Floors were dirty,

Poor hygiene in the bathroom. Rooms are uncomfortable. The hotel smells of something i cant explain, maybe paint.

Don’t stay until the hotel is fully renovated.

Only the staff was good

the property is under renovation, and the rooms they are allocating are old, you don’t feel like staying in Hilton Hotel. it feels like normal 3 star hotel. Food in in room dining is average. Toiletries are not given full. For everything you have to call.

Housekeeping service was good, atif i guess m not sure abt name was excellent

Front office staff, was not aware of wht they were doing. At check-in i reconfirm whether my breakfast is booked, lavanya confirmed n 2nd day at restaurant i was told its not booked. I wanted to make sure if its not book i can pay same time but no front office ppl was least bothered I booked for triple room, i checked in no extra bed was placed after requesting they placed it. Room was stinking whn i checked in whn requested for room move i was told hotel is sold out and we will fix it and will move 2 day which nvr happened. AC was not working 2 times maintaince was called still had same issues. I stay from 3-6 march and asked for extension, i was straight away suggested to book online. Very bad experience, not upto the standard and not worth. Service from reception pathetic, whereas housekeeping Nd conceirge was very much helpful. Would never recommend to anyone

WARNING NOT UP TO HILTON STANDARDS IN THE LEAST!!!

The front desk employees are nice and they greet you with a cookie and a odd drink

The jeweler in the facilities is a complete thief and the property is run down and under construction, without a warning to the guest. The restaurant is Way way over priced (almost $3.00 USD for a 250ml soda) 4x normal price for the area and even at that price they were out of most sodas, plus they never carry change (forced tipping). just walk to the store nearby.. WARNING THIS IS NOT UP TO HILTON STANDARDS BY ANY MEANS. I was totally disappointed and felt it wasn't worth the price I spent...
