The location is a bit far from the beaches , there is a taxi “ company “ front of the hotel owned by the locals

Hotel needs to be spruced up

Friendly staff. Willing to help. Pool area has good ambience

The rooms were dusty Not enough towels and hand towels No floor mat in the bathroom Chairs in the balcony were not similar and dirty Breakfast was mediocre House phone not working properly Furniture in the rooms were of poor design and quality Walls were not painted properly. Too many defects visible. Bathroom exhaust fan not adequate

Relaxing in style

I enjoyed my stay at this hotel. It is ideally located within a short ride to Anjuna Beach. The hotel is built around a marvelous swimming pool which offers a nice alternative to the beach or an additional leisure spot. The staff is very friendly and welcoming and they often go the extra mile to fulfil guest's wishes. The cook offered to prepare me a sandwich on my day of departure probably knowing that there are not too many opportunities to eat at the airport. Chottu from the housekeeping department did also a great job by taking care that my room was always clean and tidy and the bedlinen properly stretched. I definitely would like to return one day to this place.

It is difficult to think about something that I did not like, but maybe there could be more varieties of coffee available at the breakfast buffet.

Value for money property and awesome food.

Food was awesome and behaviour of staff is extremely good. Staff is helpful and friendly. Chef and management team is personally taking care of everything.

A place to stay if you are asking for budget friendly and quality hotel

The stay was exceptional. The hotel is in a good location and the staff were too good in guiding anything you require. The dining hall is what I like the most the quantity and quality of food they have and above all the staff attending each guest was too good. Overall a full star rating to the hotel and a must stay if anyone is visiting goa and requires a nice place to stay with a budget friendly rate.

The bathroom has a problem of flooding if water somehow gets outside the bath. Please fix this issue for a very irritating experience. Though housekeeping was too cooperative but still it will be of much help if the issue is sorted out permanently. As the drainage alignment is completely wrong which leads to flooding of bathroom and leakage towards the staying room.

Had a marvelous stay!

The breakfast was awesome. It was sumptuous and filling. Starting from the spread to the service provided in the breakfast area was exceptional. Room service was pretty quick and up to the mark. Cleaning of the rooms was also done meticulously. The staff is courteous, gentle, helpful, and thorough professionals. Though most are trainees, they have already made a mark for themselves. They made our stay extra comfortable. The location is also good. It is quite near to most of the must-visit places.

The approach to the hotel is through a narrow road which becomes congested with traffic during peak hours. The road condition was also not good. But this could be due to the rain. A spa on the property could have been a nice addition.

Excellent hotel

Very well maintained rooms and premises. Staffs are so kind and thoughtful. They did their best to make our stay comfortable and safe. Food was excellent and had plenty of varieties.

The location was a compromise for me. Had to deal with traffic most of the time when I go out.

Decent Property

All parts seem to be working which is very good. Courteous staff and Siddharth front office manager was helpful and lend his ears to hear my grief. Very good location and close to some very good beaches. Car rental is just outside the hotel.

Excellent services and staff

It's a great value for money. Location is excellent, food is great and staff is really accommodating and helpful. You can easily get rental vehicles close by. Lot of good cafe and food options in close proximity. Chefs keep talking to guests and make sure to provide out of menu food options. Two thumbs up for services and staff.

The breakfast was extensive and really must try, The location is at the heart of Anjuna with beach at around 2km and all the party places and clubs at around 15min distance.

Pleasant n welcoming chk in at reception, Larson nd chef Sainath were very friendly, room upkeep staff Sejal very friendly , efficient and hardworking. Overall good experience , will visit again

A 3 day fun bundle of joy 🤩

The staff was really excellent! Especially Larson & Sous-Chef Sainath from the restaurant went out of their way to keep us happy ♥️

Very few TV channels, many were unavailable, no English movie & music channels + TVs were not smart TVs.

Excellent Staff and enjoyed my stay truly

Staff was truly humble and great hospitality. Chef was very friendly and ensured all guests are happily served. Enjoyed the breakfast even though the menu was limited but staff ensured they ask customers if they need anything. Very happy with the service 10 out of 10

room size was too small. Barely any space to walk. With our bags and belongings it looked very cluttered. Property didnt have bathtubs also. I wish if few things can be looked into infrastructure wise it will be a great place to stay

Location and wonderful courteous staff. Few to mention Ms Elisha at the reception, Chef Sainath and his team Ms Shrutika, Mr Omkar and Mr Prabhpreet. Housekeeping Staff Ms Sanjana.

The entrance and the reception can be improved and made it grand.

Excellent hotel. Facilities first class. Very good value for money, real 5 star experience.

Area isn’t great. Beach isn’t nearby, taxi drivers are too persistent and area is full of dogs who bark on your approach.

Nic hotel

Nice hotel an facilities. Great pool, spa jets are quite weak though. The buffet breakfast is fantastic with lots of options. The hotel can help you with getting cars/taxis to get around. The location is not necesarily walkable from other places as the roads are windy and it was very hot when we went. The room was a medium side, with good facilities. The room service is done daily.

I think we were not quite a walkable distance to a few major places, so it meant you had to bargain for a taxi/car with each trip.
