The management is excellent: kind, efficient, and attentive but also very relaxed. I felt totally at home in the hotel.
There is no mini fridge but the staff were very helpful about finding space for my yoghurt in the kitchen fridge!

Loved my room, clean, spacious, comfy bed, window looks out to good looking train station & avenues. They loaned me electric kettle (health needs) when asked. Right across the street from Bus stop to Bilbao; but unmarked so Ask Staff. Great safe location; 10 mins relaxing walk to lovely harbor, 15 to vibrant Old Town, 20 to Beautiful Beach. Few steps from delicious bakery. Good staff, esp day time Lady was so helpful & nice. I had a lovely experience at this Hotel and St Jean de Luz was so pretty & charming. I would stay here again and highly recommend. Thank You
For longer stay, I need a Frig. I wish for access to a Microwave. I would pay to have my Laundry done
