Very friendly staff. Good sized room. Good breakfast. Well located for railway station, les Halles food market, and the beach.
We were on the top floor , so 3 flights of stairs.

I booked two twin rooms for one night. The staff were friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and had air conditioning. There was an effective blind to keep out the light and the bathroom was good.
We paid for breakfast in the morning which was delicious with lots of homemade baked goods and jams .
The location was a short walk from the centre of town and the beach.
The room was a little small.

Location
Sitting room had a strange smell
Curtains were transparent in bedroom which is overlooked by many buildings, so no privacy
Blinds transparent in sitting room so sofa bed user has sodium streetlight glare all night
Receptionist sneezed all over us and reception and then informed us she had started a cold yesterday
