Ein Traumurlaub der nach Wiederholung schreit!

Die Finca ist eine traumhafte Urlaubsoase die wir nur wärmstens weiterempfehlen können. Schön versteckt und weit weg vom Trubel der Stadt, bietet diese Oase Ruhe und Privatsphäre. Tolle Lage, Flugafen & alle anderen Orte sind von hier aus fix mit dem Auto zu erreichen. Die komplette Anlage ist sehr gepflegt und liebevoll eingerichtet. Der Vermieter war super lieb, gut erreichbar und hat uns alle Fragen beantwortet. Am Samstag brachte er uns sogar ganz leckere, selbstgebackene Brötchen vorbei. Ihm ist es sehr wichtig, dass sich seine Gäste wohfühlen. Wir sind absolut begeistert und werden definitiv wiederkommen!

Wir haben einen Backofen vermisst. (Ist aber auch heulen auf hohem Niveau! ;-D) So schlimm war das nicht, eine Mikrowelle war stattdessen vor Ort! Das Bellen der Hunde aus dem Umkreis bis in die Nacht hinein, könnte den einen oder anderen stören. Bei uns war es nur eine Nacht mal recht doll.

Great stay, highly recommended. Car essential.

This is a really nice property in a very quiet, almost rustic part of Gran Canaria. Very comfortable for two and fully equipped. with everything you need. Fifteen minutes from the airport but absolutely no aircraft noise. The small town of Ingenio is friendly having two good restaurants and an excellent bakery about 20-25 minutes walk.

This should have been a 5 star review but when we arrived there was no wifi. The owner tried to log on with us but not improbably an email address was not the password. The explanation that it was a temporary fault was not believable and sure enough the wifi never worked. I contacted the owner by email and through 'messaging' to no avail. Only when I complained through Booking.com was there a response,. I think pressure from Booking.com made the owner take my complaint seriously after my second complaint as he then returned, reset the router ( switch off/switch on) and provided a new password. It worked! And seamless wifi from then on. This event is significant because I found that earlier messaging via Booking.com was ignored by the owner when I was trying to check out if there was a filter coffee maker- there is, but couldn't get a response. So have no reservations about booking this property- it's excellent, but if the owner ignores a reasonable request from you don't be slow to use the excellent customer service process with Booking.com.

Casa Oronado is a wonderful countryhouse near Ingenio with marvellous view into the valley and the Coast. There are three terraces, lovely decorated and with many places to sit and relax. It is quiet and very well equipped with all the amenities we needed. Though it is an old house, it is on a new standard. Our host was very, very friendly and passionate caring about the casa and garden. Ingenio itself can be reached within 15 minutes by walk. By car it is 15-20 minutes to the next beach el Burrero, 35 minutes to Maspalomas, 30 minutes to Las Palmas, 45 Minutes to Teror. 10 minutes to airport (but you don’t notice any flights or noise at the Casa).

Relaxing week in Gran Canaria

Great location, with a view to the ravine, but a walking distance (15-20 mins) from the charming town center. The owner has been extremely kind and helpful. Balcony and two terraces for you to choose where to relax. Also small swimming pool.

Best place for relaxing stay

Casa Oronado probably the best place in which we had opportunety to stay, we have been in many places, this is the first place in which we would come back again! We loved spending time in 3 different terasa's and relax in a pool area. In reality this house looks way better than in pictures. Special thank's for Rafael who prepared house with a lot of love ( flowers in every room, chilled wine, home made bread).

Superb

The place is very nice and cozy, the owner is super helpful and friendly, there are all the essentials and even more in the kitchen, the three terraces were fantastic

The beds were too short for a tall person, the inside is a little dark

Exceptional

I stayed here with my family of 4 (two young children) and it was amazing! The house is artfully done, cozy, and the kitchen is well equipped. The views from the 3 balconies are exceptional. The outdoor areas offer amazing views, and the garden is very well maintained. Its one of the prettiest most scenic places I've ever stayed in. The host Rafael is very attentive and friendly, and he takes lots of pride in his family's home. I'll dream about waking up to the views and I can't wait to return.

Superb

The location and house were perfect for us. A small cosy house in a quiet street with terraces at each side of the house and a small swimming pool. It is exactly as in the pictures. Rafael is the perfect host. A food basket was available upon arrival. Very good central location to drive to all must-sees of Gran Canaria. Every evening we were happy to go back to "our" peaceful and cosy house.

No major issue, just good to know: Do not take showers with 4 persons in a row, the last one might get cold water. We only had this once as most of the time showers were spread over the day.

Really charming place, would definitely recommend to friends and family

Really enjoyed our stay at Casa Oronado. The place is very charming and has three nice terraces to relax on. The owner is very nice and once even brought us home-made bread. Can highly recommend.

Perfect place for total relax in peace , close to nature!

Rafael was very helpful and welcomed us very hospitably at the cottage. During our stay we felt being taken care of all the time. Rafael responded immediately for every single request. The place is really nice and cosy. House is furniture in as a classic Canarian style (typical casa rural), yet equipped with all modern appliances (fridge, iron, hair dryer etc). Very peaceful and quiet. The three terraces create a beautiful space for relax with a picturesque view on the ocean and the mountains. Location is very convenient for driving around the island. Shops and restaurants are within a distance of 5 min drive or 30-minute walk. Wi-Fi is good for internet browsing, watching movies or regular computer work, yet with live streaming during on-line meetings may lag a little.
