The Grange was the best accommodation of our New Zealand trip. This is a historical residence, beautifully restored with all the modern amenities.
The room was very spacious (we got a free upgrade), the lady host was friendly and efficient and it is situated only 10-15 minutes away by foot from most attractions, restaurants and bus station.
In particular, we liked that the host provided us with breakfast the night before, when we informed her that we had to leave early the following morning. Thus, we could have breakfast in our room before departing.
