Die Lage ist gut und das Personal ist fantastisch. Eine tolle Küche ist schon Außergewöhnlich.
Die Bäder in dem Zimmer sind etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Auch manche Stühle auf den Balkon sind kaputt. Aber das ist nicht so wichtig.

The wellness centre was an unexpected surprise. After a long day on the slopes it was nice to come back and be able to use the steam room, sauna, plunge pool, spa, and the best relaxation water bed. The included breakfast was generous and had good variety. A wonderful view from the front of the building and lots of car parks.
Unfortunately the ceiling in our room had water coming through it so we had to move rooms. Sadly the room we were moved to did not have the spectacular view we previously had nor did it have WiFi. The complaint was met with another larger room but it did not suffice what I wanted. I did request a refund so that we could leave and go elsewhere but that was denied.
During our visit there was a snowstorm and the drive was not cleared until the afternoon 16:35. This made accessing the property challenging as some vehicles could not drive up without sliding. Unfortunately our vehicle was hit by the snow clearer and suffered minor damage. The hotel did take responsibility but I feel the car park and drive should have been cleared earlier on.
