Superb location for ski in and ski out. wonderful friendly staff. Excellent new renovation of facilities.
Nothing really. The provision of afternoon tea and cakes would be a thoughtful benefit.

Great location (but honestly - anything in this vicinity has a great location), very nice and helpful man at the reception. The room is very big, dogs were allowed. There were both indoor pool (with very interesting design) and outdoor one.
The pool (one of the main reasons for us to choose this hotel) was opened only until 7 p.m. - we arrived at 6:15, so we actually used the pool just for half an hour (forced to do it right after check-in). We had no drinking water in our room. The toiled is separated from the bathroom, but doesn't have a washbasin. There is a parking by the hotel, but when we arrived there was just a 3 free spots. Then we drove for a dinner, and when we've returned there was just a single free spot (I guess you may have a problem with parking at high-season)

The SPA area was perfect after all day of hiking.
The included breakfast and dinner was amazing, 4 course meal with lots of options.
We reserved the room for 4 people. We got 1 double bed which was nice and comfortable and 1 sofa bed that was terrible, couldn't sleep all night. And the size of the room is definitely not appropriate for 4 people.
The pictures of sunbeds that seem to be next to a pool, are actually on a terrace without the pool, which came as a little bit of surprise to us.
We were the first ones to come to the dinner and the waiter for some reason did not allow us to choose a table, even thou they were not reserved. Instead of a nice view, we had to sit at the back of the restaurant almost in a shadow.
