This hotel was amazing. Family run we arrived late due to traffic too late for dinner but the staff still did steak and chips for the 5 of us. Rooms were incredible with fantastic bathrooms. Then there’s the view and location 😃

the address is perfect for ski, out of the hotel, you can directly to ski in the snow park, and the dantercepies cable car is 2 minutes walking distance as well , wonderful for skiiers.
We have to wait until almost 6 pm to do check in ,since someproblem with the room, which makes uncomfortable feeling to us

Great location for access to the ski lifts; either crossing the road to get on the Dantercepies gondola or down the side of the nursery slope to the Ciampinoi gondola. Our room was a great size (standard room) benefiting from a recent refurb. Comfortable new beds, plenty of storage & fab bathroom.
We only went down to the spa once... the hot tub / plunge pool wasn't particularly warm. As to be expected the sauna was nude only for reasons of hygiene.
The staff were nice but not overly friendly... not unwelcoming but didn't feel any real connection with them.
Long walk up the hill to return from the resort centre.

We went out of season but the bar was a little dead/ it was unexpected for us to have a drink there

I was on a motorcycle trip in the area and used it as a base for daytrips. For skiing in the winter or mountain walking\bicycling in the summer it must be a prime location as you are right in the middle of the slopes and lifts are just outside the door. Nice room with great view and afternoon sun. Good breakfast. Good kitchen for dinner. Nice spa. Nice sun terrace. Had everything you expect for this price class. I will be a returning customer for a ski holiday.
Just be aware of a 1 km steep hill to walk back from central Val Gardena. I wont even try...;-\. Taxi please!!

Fantastic hotel with friendly staff. Very nice spa facilities, seems like it has been newly renovated, very fresh and comfortable. Four different kinds of saunas, relax room and big jacuzzi. Best in Selva so far among the hotels we have been at. Nice rooms that also seems newly renovated. Very close to the Dantercipies skilift, 100 meter. Very nice three course dinner. Good assortment of wines.
A lot of very big dogs that seemed to belong to both the staff and guests. No problems with dogs in general but I dont want to meet them in the restaurant.
