It was very comfortable and cozy, the owners were very friendly and helpful. It was walking distence to some redturants

Really enjoyed our stay for four nights - lovely large, bright room, with a balcony and seating area. Bathroom was huge! Our room had a sofa and coffee table which provided some nice additional space for a longer stay. It was very quiet, no street noise and we never heard guests in other rooms. The owner was friendly and professional, offering us a lot of practical advice about our plans. The breakfast was fantastic - looked forward to it every morning and it set us up well for a full day of activity. The entire hotel as A LOT of character and personal / historical touches in the common spaces. Very close to all the restaurants in Selva so easy to get dinner (the restaurant next door is excellent and so convenient). A really special and memorable experience and I would gladly return.
There is no air conditioning and even with the ample windows open it can stay warm at night (in the summer); we knew there was no AC when we booked it but did think the windows would cool it down a bit more.

The hosts were very welcoming and charming. The room was very nice and clean with a gorgeous view of the Dolomites.
The breakfast was mediocre but this shouldn’t detract from the excellent overall quality of the hotel.
