Ein wunderschönes familiengeführtes Hotel in traumhafter Lage direkt unter dem Langkofel. Ein super schöner Wellnessbereich mit tollem Innenpool, Außenwhirlpools und Kneipp-Becken. Hervorragendes Frühstück und Abendessen mit toller Auswahl. Parkplätze für jeden Gast vorhanden. Alles sauber und schöne große Zimmer. Die Lage ist auch sehr gut um von dort aus zur Seiser Alm, zu Wanderungen auf den Langkofel oder auch zu den Drei Zinnen aufzubrechen.

Our room was huge, impeccably clean and exceptionally quiet, with an absolutely breathtaking view of the Dolomites. The soundproofing deserves a special mention, despite the hotel being so welcoming and lively, our room was incredibly peaceful. And I have to mention the bed and, especially, the mattress. It was simply perfect, I liked it so much that I am still trying to find out exactly which mattress it was! That probably says everything about how well we slept there.
The spa area is also wonderful. The food was another highlight. Delicious, refined and fine dining quality. Breakfast was excellent every morning, while dinner was a real culinary experience. I am still thinking about the venison loin, absolutely unforgettable.
The entire staff deserves five stars as well. A special thank you to Marius, who was exceptionally attentive to our needs and made our days even more enjoyable.
Hotel Fanes is a beautiful family-run business, managed with taste, precision and care for its guests. We arrived late in the evening and the owner personally came to pick us up by car from the bus station.
We would happily return. Highly recommended!

Beautiful hotel with stunning views, and in a convenient location for many scenic walks. We got an upgrade to a room with a little terrace, which meant that we were able to see the mountain glow in the mornings from our room. The bar with sun terrace was our favourite spot for an afternoon drink and some cake and snacks from the buffet. Generous wellness area with different saunas and a great swimming pool with panorama windows. We didn’t try out the jacuzzi outside, but lots of other guests did and seemed to love it. All the spaces were impeccably clean and taken care of very well. The food was incredible and the service flawless — thank you to Manuel, Paolo, and Maria in particular for looking after us so well! There were lots of little touches that made us feel extra welcome, like some chocolates in our room when we arrived and a little local present to say thank you on our last morning. We loved our stay here and will hopefully be back!
