كل شي اعجبني كذلك تعامل فيغينا المسؤوله عن السكن كان رائعا وساعدتنا كثيرا ويجب ان اشكرها .. كل شي جميل الاطلاله النظافه الجلسات الادوات كلها متوفره
حصل خطأ مننا في الخروج لاننا تاخرنا ولكن ذلك كان خارج عن ارادتنا وكان التاخير فقط نصف ساعه وذلك بسبب اننا لم ننام بسبب ظرف صحي طاري لاحد الاصدقاء ولم يخرج من عندنا الاسعاف والطاقم الا الساعه 4 فجرا وارسلت لفيغينا صور المسعفين وطلبت ساعه زياده فقط ونمت وكنت متامل ان فيغينا ستقدر الموقف ولكن للاسف لم تقم بذلك وكان لدينا حجز يومين في نفس الفله في دور اخر قامت بالغاءه وخرجنا نبحث عن سكن اخر حتى اننا لم نستطع تنظيف الشقه وترتيبها قبل الخروج بسبب غضبها المفاجيء .. فيغينا نظاميا كانت على صواب ولكن انسانيا كنت اتمنى منها ان تكون اكثر مرونه خصوصا اننا كنا نقدرها كثيرا

Beautiful and stylish accommodation with an incredible view and an extremely comfortable bed and pillows. The owner was very kind, helpful and friendly. We were absolutely satisfied with everything.

Words cannot explain how amazing our stay was at Luxury Chalet Plazola in Selva di Val Gardena. Everything was simply perfect! Verena is a great host and made us feel at home.
There was nothing that we didn't like - everything was perfect.

جميل جداً واطلالة خرافيه وواسع ومتكامل ومتوفر ادوات الطبخ فيه من افضل الاكواخ الي سكنتها في اوربا كامل صراحه انيق وفخم جداً وتعامل الموظفه verena احترافي وذوق واحترام ورد على كل استفسار بسرعه وقريب من اورتيساي تقريباً 10 الى 15 دقايق
