Great atmosphere and hospitality. Family owned. Breakfast quickly became the meal of the day. It was really nice stay.
Night Time traffic was a little heavy a couple of nights but not every night.

The hotel made us very welcome. Nothing was a problem. Provided really useful advice during our stay. The room was spacious by European standards, and really clean. Loved the breakfast on offer each day.
Would have loved a tea making facility in the room.

Excellent location. Good as base for Dolomite expedition. Clean and modern room. Good quality continental breakfast. Very friendly team. Nice view. Ample space for parking.

Bed was comfortable and breakfast was good.
Maybe it was just because we arrived in summer (off season), but I was unimpressed by Romantik villa Cesanueva.
For one, what limited staff there are checked out much of the time. We had to search around the property to find someone who could check us in. Same thing applied at checkout - there was no one at the front desk when it was time for us to leave, so we departed without paying local tourist tax.
The restaurant was closed for summer, as was the bar. Breakfast was nice, though.
As for the room, it was fine. There were cobwebs hanging from the ceiling, and in the bathroom, a couple fixtures were either loose or broken (toilet paper holder, stop in the sink).
Worst part was that the window in our bedroom was directly above the neighbor’s balcony. They were smokers, so we had a constant waft of cigarette smoke when we left the window open.
Generally, for “four star” hotel, it was not up to par.
