I’ve stayed at the Levi Caravan Park before and all my scores were excellent. The location is fabulous. The accommodation when I stayed last, was modern, clean and comfortable.
On this stay, my family’s accommodation was a 2 bedroom cabin. It wasn’t nearly as nice as my previous accommodation there. The cabin was quite old and the bed wasn’t ideal for two people. I kept rolling into the centre. It was ok but the accommodation I had for my previous stay was far better on all levels.

Our Botanic Cabin 4 backed on to the beautiful bushland with the view of River Torrens and it was peaceful, quiet and private. Very affordable and convenient if you have a vehicle as the Holiday Park is in a lovely suburb just a short distance from the CBD
Due to unusually warmer days, insects were starting to swarm at the lights on the patio. We’ll know to bring some bug spray next time. There was some mould at the bottom of the inside of shower cubicle

It’s a great central location, nice and quiet in the caravan park. Couldn’t hear anyone else despite being next to other cabins and across from caravans.
Good sized cabin and deck, the cabin was really nice and had almost everything you need.
There were some things around the cabin that need TLC.
- we had to go back to reception and get the lady to help us unlock the door because the screen door handle is broken and the door was off the tracks.
- the shower was basically running when we walked in and the taps were as tight as they would go, we had to deal with the sound of running water the whole stay.
- the bathroom door handle did not work properly from the inside and is loose/broken.
- the pots and pans need replacing, there was baked on food in one that we couldn’t scrub off so decided not to use it. Handles are also very loose.
- a few large potholes around the caravan park roads, mostly avoidable but some of them are very large.
