Location was great, in a central spot but not right in the busy part of the city. Close amenities and close enough walk to the queen street mall.
Property was a little dated with old worn out blinds (which would have been better as block out as with lights on at night did not give privacy).

The property is well equipped for an apartment. Everything is there
Except the aircon doesn’t work.
We have to use extra doona as it’s cold in the bedroom
The noise beside our room 1004. They sing karaoke on Friday and Saturday.
Friday they stopped at 10 pm
On Saturday the noise is unbearable. They still have visitors coming in and out until 11 pm.
I think if you have a family, you don’t live in an apartment as kids need to play outside and enjoy the outdoors.
Also, there is sponge to wash the dishes. All they have is a bottle brush which is useless. And the dishrack is full of rust.
You can buy sponge at Cole’s for $2 for 3 pieces.
