Apartment was quite small, especially the bedrooms (quite consistent with those in many cities). Furniture was adequate but not overly generous (lounge seating meant four could sit down but not stretch out). Kitchen fit out contained everything needed but wouldn't want to cook a substantial meal. The main reason for booking the apartment was because of its location and it didn't disappoint, so close to everything we wanted to visit.
Lounge seating could be a bit more generous, maybe another chair so three people didn't need to squash onto the smallish sofa.

Great location, great views (for now... taller building under construction right in front), friendly staff.
Apartments are pretty good, although obviously fairly cheaply constructed. Poor soundproofing between apartments (we could hear neighbours above/below coughing), and with a major development being built across the road, expect no sleep after 07:00 am as the windows are not double glazed so provide little soundproofing.
