Perfect view and location for work, size of apartment was perfect, staff accommodating.
Aircon very noisy and didn’t flow throughout rooms.

The property is a great location. I stayed there years ago and loved it.
The staff member that initially served us was rude we waited quite a while before she served us then walked past saying won’t be long I need to go to the toilet. When she finally come back she was abrupt not friendly. We filled about forms paid the money and she guided us where to put the bags. We were under the assumption we were getting an early check in. It was 12.50pm, when I said I thought we may of been able to check in early. Again spoke abruptly that 2 pm was checkin.
When we checked in to our room, we couldn’t get the tv to work. Another lady from reception came up to look at it. We were told it would be fixed by the time we come back. It was never fixed, it wasn’t communicated that maintenance go home at 3 pm and wasn’t fixed. Also the king bed that was joined together by two singles were different heights. We paid a high price of $454 for one night. Unfortunately the room was not to a good standard and the customer service with our check in was not a good experience.
