The location is excellent and the room is very nice, with a lovely bathroom. The bed was comfortable.
The 'Garden view' we paid for was just a wall as we had been allocated on the first floor. Our room was opposite the cleaners room which was left open all night. The room next to ours was having a large number of visitors all night so it was very noisy. And although the room was nice there were details like the floor lamp which had been drawn on by someone which made the room feel old and unloved.

I loved Almost everything - location, facilities, food.
So lucky to receive an early check in - served by a lovely gentleman at reception. Will definitely stay again if in Brisbane City.
The vacuuming was not great - potato chips and other matter on the floor when we arrived. Still there when we left despite 3, daily room cleans.
