This is the 4th time I have stayed at Glider City Motel. It is family owned & the owners care about their motel being clean welcoming and accessible. I am never disappointed when I stay here which is why I will always choose to stay there. The rooms are immaculately cleaned. The facilities like air conditioning & double glazing had been upgraded since my last stay. It is clean comfortable with good access to the north east. Always impressed & happy to stay here.

Nice quiet location. No noise from other guests, even though the motel was booked out both nights.

Shower. It was absolutely terrible. There was no soap/shampoo holder, we had to operate from the shower floor. The shower head was far too large for the average water pressure. A smaller water-saving shower head would have been much better, and created better water pressure.
