Room was clean, modern and comfortable. Plenty of room for family of 5 (2 bedroom apartment)
Nothing we didn't like about our room or the staff but they need to fix the sign neons

Adequate sized room. Air conditioner worked. Bathroom roomy. Peaceful during the evening. Parking was easy. The motel decor was nice. Location is excellent to Benalla facilities.
The bed was terrible. Very flat and uncomfortable mattress. We both had a horrible sleep. Room was clean but didn't smell clean. Shower screen and mirror dirty. Milk in fridge was small longlife pods. Prefer small carton of fresh milk. No sanitizer or tissues provided. No sign on toilet to say it has been disinfected. The pool was dirty and very uninviting. Looks old and unused.
