Loved the historic charm.
Everyone is different, i prefer a slightly softer mattress.

It is a charming old property with beautiful first floor common areas, furnished in a sympathetic manner and with a charming terrace where the delicious and ample breakfast is served.
The first floor bedrooms are also furnished in a traditional style. The en suite bathrooms are unusual in their construction but are modern and function well. Toiletries are provided.
It is a family run hotel and the family make one feel very welcome. Gallipoli old town is approx 15 minutes walk away- so one can escape the summer crowds by staying in this hotel.
The ground floor foyer is less attractive but functional. The property is next to the train station so any view of the sea takes in the station as well.

Free parking right next to the property, very generous breakfast, family owned place which made it very homely and authentic, the building itself is amazing, like back in time, if you aren’t after modern, this will be your choice.
Nothing really, there is a bit of building work going on next to the property as it’s next to the train station and the docks but you can’t hear anything once inside, as the double glazing is very good; plus outside work is not something the owners can control.
