Excellent hôtel au centre ville de Tafraout.

I have stayed here before so know it is a good option in town.Hotel is inexpensive but smart with comfy rooms and usual facilities.Garden is pleasant and breakfast on terrace good.Basement Bar sells beer and wine.Good location as very close to centre.Laundry done by cleaning ladies.
Standards seemed to have dropped this year with staff less keen and available.Room never cleaned during my stay.
Lounge freezing in evening as doors and windows open.Barman spoke better English than Receptionist who spoke none.

Une spacieuse et confortable et une situation idéale à Tafraout : tout près du centre à pieds mais au calme et un parking juste en face.

Emplacement idéal, proche du centre et au calme
Nous étions venus passer quelques jours dans cet hôtel l'année dernière et avions été très satisfaits, mais cette année, ça a totalement changé. L'évacuation de la douche dans la chambre était bouchée, les ampoules ne fonctionnaient pas. On nous a changé de chambre et là, pareil, équipements défectueux, même le téléphone pour appeler la réception ne marchait pas. Nous avions demandé un service en chambre du petit déjeuner à 8 h 15. A 8 h 30, ne voyant rien venir, je suis descendue demander et là, j'ai été très mal reçue par un homme qui m'a dit qu'il ne faisait pas le service en chambre, alors que la veille , c'était possible. Bref, vraiment très désagréable et méprisant. Nous n'y retournerons pas.
