I loved the breakfast staff. They were very accommodating.
I didn't like housekeeping staff. Not very accommodating. We requested more small towels and were told no or if we asked for 3 additional towels they would only bring one or no towels.

The hotel staff were very welcoming and helpful, taking care of our luggage and bringing it up to our room. The hotel was very accommodating with our late checkout, and we were able to extend our stay for an additional half day, which was extremely convenient for our late flight.
The location was excellent, with a large shopping complex less than 1 km away and central Lisbon just a short Uber ride away. It was the perfect place to spend our final night before a long-haul flight and a wonderful way to finish our holiday.
The main issue was that the family room we had booked was unavailable due to a problem with the door, so we were given two separate rooms instead. Although the rooms were conveniently located side-by-side, this was a little inconvenient when travelling with children, as we had to move between the rooms throughout our stay.
