Hotel vista, facilities and comfort
Pool only open certain hours and availability of taxis is bordering on useless. Waited over an hour and reception smiled and remarked "that's local taxis".

The hotel room was really good, views from the room were great, the outside terrace was a great place to relax
The meals were not to our liking in the restaurant, though that is not a complaint, thats is just the way it was for us, we went to the cafeteria the following night, one meal was cold the other just about warm, we should have sent them back, the two people on the next table sent there meals back, they said that they were cold, getting served on the outside terrace wasn't easy , took way way to long, i asked reception if there was a way for us to get to the castle entrance , which is right next door to the Parador but with a steep hill to navigate, i thought by car and leave it there or drop off the wife , and take the car back to the Parador then walk up myself, the young man on reception who was polite, agreed that he thought that was the only option, and said the castle and the Parador were to separate businesses and he didn't have much information about the castle, i was quite surprised really as without the castle the Parador probably wouldn't be there.

The location was great. Views stunning. Both restaurants were good. Sitting on the terrace at night was lovely.

The staff were friendly. The location is on top of a hill. I liked that some may find it remote
There were no tea or coffee facilities. There was not even a bottle of water in the room. Very poor for a four star hotel
