The hotel was clean and most staff very friendly. We loved having the pool and the restaurant was great!
The rooms were perhaps slightly outdated but still clean and comfortable. You could hear other guests very clearly

Bed was very comfortable. Swimming pool was very nice and clean with sun loungers etc however no changing room so you had to walk back through the hotel dripping wet .
Lots of cigarette ends just outside our window. Breakfast -great choice however there were flies all over the fruit etc which stopped us from eating it, this could have been covered ? On check out someone had put their evening meal onto our room number and we were charged, the receptionist did refund once we explained but I feel this could be avoided if the restaurant asked for proof of your room number or a signature ?

Everything, excellent hotel and the staff was superb, specially Gines, Antonio, Juan and the cleaners, all the staff was always willing to help, the breakfast was very good , very impressed with everything and everybody, highly recommended, excellent value for money, thanks to all the staff for the kindness welcome, we felt like we were at home ❤️

Its a reasonable hotel in a posh part of the town, surrounded by mansions and leafy avenues.
Receptionist went out of his way to be helpful.
Large bedrooms and bathroom.
I didn't bother to find the spa, I think it was a separate building.
Good parking
Easy to walk to the town and restaurants.
Unfortunately they were in the middle of refurbishment so there was no lobby. Workmen everywhere and dust and noise.
There was a warning in the booking but hadn't appreciated the level of disruption!
There is also a new railway being built through the city which is between the hotel and the town so there are noisy and very dusty concrete trucks coming up and down constantly.
I'm sure it will be a great option once all the works are over.
