A small, lesser-known spa town that stands out for its tranquility. If you're looking for peace and quiet, away from the hustle and bustle of the big city or tourist traps, you definitely can't go wrong here. Comfortable and well-appointed rooms at a hotel with friendly and helpful staff. What more could you ask for? If you're interested in treatments, it's definitely better to book them in advance due to capacity limitations.
As mentioned above, it really is a quiet town. What’s a bit lacking, though, are more restaurants or cafés to choose from. You really won’t find many there and it’s better to head to more distant areas which is why it’s best to have a car. However, if you don’t mind staying at the hotel the whole time, the food is definitely very good.

The Villa was lovely as a building, our room was spacious and clean, the surrounding park is beautiful. We enjoyed the sauna and whirlpool in the basement- private and clean.
The breakfast space is lovely as well.
Surprised we had to check in from another building. Reception didn’t answer the phone several times, when we found the check in location it was thanks to other guests. Receptionist was not very friendly, we got very scares information about accommodation and found it impossible to receive information about the services and procedures. These should be offered instantly, yet, instead we found ourselves interrogating the clerk on each option and she seemed reluctant to answer. I was exhausted before we got much information, which is a shame, we heard very nice comments on the services. Unfortunately we had no opportunity to use them.
The housekeeper found it suitable to come and clean while we were in the room. When we announced our presence, she simply said she won’t have time to come later. I believe this is miss management, the lady is not to blame, yet I want to keep my privilege to sleep after 8 on my holiday.
All in all lack of experience and care for the paying guests among the staff. No mistreatment whatsoever, but unfortunate waste of potential.
