I would like to commend the staff. I wish they would be consistently courteous. Their smiles and warm greetings are very important in making guests feel welcome. Whenever I had a request, they responded promptly, which I truly appreciated.
The room space I stayed in was sufficient for one to two guests. The Wi-Fi connection was reliable. And although there was some noise at the hallway, it was tolerable and not disturbing.
I recently stayed for one night on the first floor. I hope that in future stays, the rooms will be well-ventilated and free from any enclosed odors, especially for guests with sinus concerns.
During my stay, I transferred to another room. I am quite particular about the cleanliness of the restroom, and I noticed some black stains on the lower portion of the shower door. May I kindly suggest applying a stronger cleaning aid to address this.
Additionally, regarding the beddings, it would be greatly appreciated if newer bed sheets could be provided to ensure a fresher and more comfortable experience.
