The view, bed and aircon were nice! It has a nice position although the entrance to the tower was a bit hard to find, but the service was excellent and the owner made sure to stay in contact with us before and during the stay. It was all clean when we arrived, we found towels, a hair dryer and all the supplies to use the kitchen (although we didn’t need it). Everything was good!
The water heater for the shower was a bit difficult to use and it reached 55°C while I was in it. 😅 So I did cold showers instead. The Smart TV was a bit difficult to use, so although we tried it, we gave up after an hour or so. Additionally, sometimes the Wifi didn’t work but that’s it.

I had a great stay! The condo unit was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. Complete amenities. The location was convenient, and the host, Sir Lemm was friendly and responsive. I would definitely stay here again.

Appartement situé dans un condo en bordure du quartier Makati. Pas mal de commodités aux abords du complexe (supermarché, marché de fruits et légumes à quelques rues), zone d'arrêt pour les taxis ce qui est pratique.
L'appartement est correct, pas grand mais suffisant pour un transit.
Les hôtes sont rapides pour la communication pour le check-in (self check-in au bureau de sécurité du condo).
Très proche de l'aéroport (20 minutes avec un Grab par la speedway, environ 300 PHP).
La propreté n'était pas parfaite (salle de bain / toilettes...) mais correcte.
Dans le condo, il y a 4 ascenseurs pour accéder aux quarante et quelques étages où vivent des gens: ça donne des files d'attentes pour monter et descendre, pas très pratique.
Ambiance très sécuritaire dans le condo (peut être nécessaire pour Manille mais un peu déconcertante pour des voyageurs européens)
