GORGEOUS property! The rooms were clean and comfortable, the pool was nice the patio was gorgeous! Lots of open spaces to just sit back and enjoy the space. Everything about this property exceeded our expectations after a bad experience at a different “hotel” we ran from on the same day. As soon as you stepped foot in the reception it felt clean and safe.
The people stay at the patio way too late there should be quiet time after like 11p at least. I get it’s pet friendly but the barks past midnight were very annoying. Small details about cleanliness like shower glass stains but nothing big really. Also no elevator my grandma is elderly and had to struggle going up the stairs. There is a ramp but you have to go on a quest to find it cause it’s soooo far away.

Hotel is getting holder although rooms are right, select the executive area which is really calm

it was a nice hotel. i broke my arm and my mom came down from the united states to help me. we traversed different hotels during the time, and actually, this was the best one. we were comfortable.
i guess my only takeaway is that we didn't stay longer. because i broke my arm, i had to fly back home to houston, and as you know, toluca has no international airport. so we left the next morning back to my apartment in toluca (only meant for one person) and then took the bus to mexico city. bad idea. mexico city was hot, had no air conditioning - this place had an air conditioning unit and heater.

Good location, close to the bus station and right in between two large shopping centres.
One of the main reasons we booked this hotel was because it had a swimming pool as our son likes to swim. We were very disappointed to find that the pool was out of order (and looked like it had been for quite some time as the water was green)
The gym also had equipment out of order. The pool and gym shouldn’t be listed as amenities if they are not able to be used.
The rooms were quite old and ours had a strange smell. It felt a bit damp in the rooms too.
