La ubicación fue un punto importante para hacer la reservación. También la habitación muy práctica para un viaje corto, destaco la comodidad de cama y almohadas; así como la limpieza de la habitación. Hice solicitud de check-in anticipado para las 13 hrs y sin problema

Que Daniel de la recepción me quería cobrar una cantidad extra por las personas de mi habitación a pesar de que ya estaba pagada, le expliqué y siguio insistiendo hasta que vino otra persona y entendió que mi reservación ya estaba completamente pagada.
Es molesto que hablen sin saber.
La habitación que me dieron le faltaba, plancha, estaba sucia la cafetera, le faltaban toallas, lo reporte a la recepción y tardaron más de una hora en contactarme, me hicieron perder el tiempo.
