A very nice hotel with an amazing staff. The front desk staff was very helpful many times. I like the area on the 10th floor, very relaxing.
I didn't like the fact that there was no pool.

The breakfast spread is good as some of the menu items were changed daily to allow guests to experience the different types of Vietnamese cuisine so as to experience their local culinary experience.
They used to have smart TV with international channels like arirang, kbs world, nhk premium, etc when i last stayed a couple of months back. This time however, it seems that they have reverted to normal local Vietnamese channels instead which to me is a great disappointment 😞. Also, it will be good if they offer pillows which are hard instead of soft.

Location is good., All walking access to tourist attraction spots.
Abit on the noisy side even though my room wasnt facing the road., The Building is under maintained compared to the ones in the similar zone versus price level., Room facilities are under maintained., It would be nice if they have undergone progressive upgrading to match market expectation.,
