La cama era cómoda y el desayuno bien
No te contestan a los mensajes vía booking, alegando que lo tienen prohibido, cuando en todos los demás hoteles si pueden…. Tuvimos que pedir el favor a otro hotel para que llamasen y nos confirmaran la reserva.
Te hacen pagar una fianza de 500k vnd, por si haces algo a la habitación y en el check out te hacen esperar hasta que comprueban tu habitación.

Misleading fact # 1: pool - there is no pool, there are 3 “whirlpools”. No swim .. ok. Nice to cool off. But you can’t advertise a pool !
Misleading fact # 2: free minibar - you are entitled to 6 drinks in the minibar (2beer, 2 soda, 2 water) that’s it. Afterwards you will be charged
Misleading fact # 3: room description. We booked a family room for 4. That’s how it is advertised on booking . 2 adults, 2 children (4+6), 1 infant (1 year). Not only where they trying to minimize the amount of people in the roon ( -against their own policy) , they were kicking the baby out ! Only because we said we would cancel the booking and leave they came up with idea to charge the baby almost 500.000 Dong.
The staff at reception clearly has NO understanding of how to treat paying customers . The guest has to be valued . There fire we cannot recommend this place to anyone traveling with small kids. It’s a shame ! This place could be a 10/10 ! In a months of traveling thru Vietnam we have not met such stubbornness and ignorance. This ist clearly not international standard of hospitality for a hotel … sorry. And we were not the only ones being treated falsely …

Perfect place to chill out after a stressful few days.
Would be more accurate to describe the pool as three jacuzzis with different sizes and could be hotter but was still lovely.

The breakfast was good. The location is central and walking distance to most attractions.
I stayed at Cochin in 2018. It was such an amazing experience then. Now it’s a shadow of its former self. There is no sauna and the jacuzzi doesn’t work. There are three pools on the rooftop. They used to be hot, warm, and cold. Now they’re all the same temperature. When I asked about the sauna, the staff said it’s under maintenance. When you look where the sauna was, it’s just rubble. And the sign to the entry says the “maintenance” started in June 2023. None of the gym equipment works. It’s mind blowing the staff still proudly direct you to a room with broken equipment. Cochin needs a lot of work to get back to what it was. Find another hotel. These people gave up caring long ago.

Un hôtel salle je suis arrivé à l’hôtel ils ont cassé ma valise ils m’ont mis dans une chambre sans fenêtre 20 m² impossible d’ouvrir les armoires le coffre fort ne marchait pas à la télévision non plus je me suis réveillé le matin j’ai poussé le lit il avait des préservatifs sur le lit une honte plus jamais je viendrai dans cette hôtel je déconseille la piscine était sale petite pas de place
Je n’ai absolument rien aimé dans cette hôtel c’est une catastrophe que Booking ose mettre un hôtel de ce genre sur leur site

The hotel decor is very nice and the staff welcoming and pleasant. Breakfast pretty standard. The roof top pool and bar is lovely and a good place to relax, even if the smokers also like it and the piped music is a bit intrusive. Location is good and its easy to get taxis to anywhere and you can walk to the Central PO and a large generic shopping mall. There is bottled water in the rooms. It said free mini bar but there was a price list so guess the 'free' bit was because there was one. They let me store my luggage after I checked out. It has a nice interior layout between rooms, (though you can't see both lifts at the same time).
The showers are trecherous - they are over a bath and you get out a small area at the slippery sloped end with a big differential in heights and only a handle on the left on a moving glass screen to hold onto. There are rubber mats outside the bath on the floor but I hurt my leg quite badly by slipping a little but scraping it down the extremely sharp tile edge around the bath. PLEASE ensure you cover the tiled edge with a towel, put the rubber bath mat INSIDE the bath and be cautious when getting in and out. If you have any mobility issues, perhaps this isn't the bathroom for you.
Staff were disinterested in my injury so unlikely to change anything, though the rubber mat might be an attempt. I stayed two nights intending to have a sleep in but was woken before 7am by loud workmen outside the door and on my windowsill. Two hours later I was called and asked if they could also access my room for maintenance. So no sleeping in for me or Zen start to my day.

Super Hotel an bester Lage, man kommt überall zu Fuss hin. Sehr moderne Einrichtung (geschmackvoll). Zimmer nicht allzu gross, aber absolut genügend. Superwhirlpool mit Liegen, Tischen und einer Bar.
Morgenbuffet soweit in Ordnung, aber der liebe Koch machte so viele Spiegeleier im Voraus, sodass sie kalt waren und mit dem Brot können sie auch nicht punkten. Kein frisches Brot, etwas Toast und Pariserbrot vom Vortag. An einem Morgen gab es nicht einmal Toast..

Staff were lovely, breakfast was nice and location was good.
No one notified us that the spa/wellness/sauna was under construction and not usable during our stay, disappointing as we picked this venue for that reason. Bathroom was terrible, shower leaked everywhere, my partner had to hold the handheld shower head for me as if it was in the stand it sprayed all over the room. Dining room had leaks, every table we sat at we had drips on our table or heads during breakfast.

Great location. Pretty much walking distance to everything you want to see when you’re in Saigon. Really friendly staff and the upstairs pool area is great to chill out.

The cleanliness and how polite the doorman is. Also nice zen corridor.
The shift manager on 19/7 was very unfriendly. We didnt know we had to pay in advance, since I had already put down my creditcard. When we had to pay by cash I could only withdraw 6 million (out of 8.6 million) and I asked if I could pay the rest after I put the luggage inside, take a shower and look for a different ATM. However, they refused and asked me to pay on the spot.
All would have been fine if the shift manager's attitude had been friendly and kind, but he acted like we were beggars, with a constant condescending look. After all, we paid using an online service, but with such a start, it ruined my experience at the hotel.

Water pressure in the shower was poor the door to the toilet didn’t close very well and you could hear everything from the cortical through the door. we want to the rooftop swimming to take some photos and there were some students who snuck in a hích showed how poor the security was

The location was excellent and the breakfast was really good with a lot of variety. The staff were generally nice.
The bed was rock hard. It was advertised that there would be a sauna & gym but there wasn’t. The spa wasn’t warm either. Whilst we were trying to relax by the pool there was a lot of noise from the renovations going on which made it very unpleasant. Overall, we were expecting more for what we paid and feel as though it should’ve been advertised that renovations were taking place as we paid for those facilities we never got to use.

Cleanliness...it has a smell in the room. We werent happy as they provide the laundry bag but at the end of the day we were being charged for 250,000 dong.
The least they could have done was to inform prior to our stay. We thought it was like any other hotels even 5* they provide the laundry bag for our dirty linen.
They need to improve on the cleanliness as well.

The hotel looks cool and trendy, the deck is nice with big jacuzzi-like swimmingpool.
The room was quite noisy, the refrigerator was noisy. The whole night we heard like a grassmower, we still don’t know what that was. The hotel is next to a school, so in the morning a lot of screaming kids.

Perfectly located in district one, the hotel has a quiet atmosphere inside in contrast with the noise of Ho Chi Minh city. Rooms are comfortable, but make sure to pick the one with the windows as it is pretty common in Vietnam not to have any. The rooftop bar, spa and small pool are a cozy space with a beautiful view especially at night. Breakfast is rich and fresh, staff very friendly and kind.

This hotel is right in the heart of this big city and is a quiet spot to relax after a long day sight seeing, staff are excellent and great customer service from the reception to the room service, great hotel to stay with an excellent pool area and restaurant on the top floor
It was all very good for me, but if you could have a ramp for baggage at the front, it would be a big help. Having said that, the staff did a great job in getting my bag from the taxi to reception
