Perfect location, friendly staff, beautiful and comfortable rooms.

The location was perfect for visiting Lecce’s main attractions - historical buildings and restaurants. Very spacious and comfortable rooms. The staff were very helpful and friendly.

A lovely apartment in the centre of Lecce.

The apartment was really roomy - huge bedrooms and nice clean kitchen / dining area. Access to the accommodation was easy (once we found it) and secure. Use Emanuela’s instructions to locate the building. Emanuela and the other staff were friendly and helpful. A lovely breakfast of fresh pastries, juice, yoghurt etc was delivered each morning. We would stay here again.

On weekend nights it was a bit noisy outside but when on holiday that’s not an issue.

Nice spot in the city center, but a squeaky bed!

A nice apartment in a historical building in the city center. Parking slots next to the apartment. 2 rooms, a kitchen a bathroom.

The worst thing was the squeaky bed, it made noises at each movement. Soundproofing could be improved; I wake up at 7 AM due to noises from the streets and fell asleep again. The breakfast should be improved or removed, otherwise you could give a voucher for a bar: the pastries were ok, but the juice was the cheapest one. It included also long life milk and other industrial products. 1.5 euro for an half litre bottle. The local occupancy tax should be payed by cash; weird and impractical.

location is perfect, old city at walking distance the terrace is fantastic, kind of garden

problem with humidity in the bathroom (smell) from your room you can’t tell what the weather outside is (no window, no view) breakfast delivered in a box, poor.. better by yourself (there is a kitchen with a fridge). coffee is selfservice anyway

perfect location

shower faulty broken hose can be replaced, kitchen towels should be provided , air conditioning didn’t work in main bedroom but not needed as kitchen one worked for the area.

if you have a good hearing and want to rest in your holiday, you should not choose this location :)

Lecce was one of the most beautiful city in Italy. The suites were just in the middle of the center of the old city, nice and clean. The idea of leaving us fresh croissants in front of the door every morning was great :) The coffee machine worked very well and the coffee was just perfect. The rooms were spacious.

One of the things that I liked is the single thing that I also disliked. The location, even if in the center, was poor due to the fact that the suites were just above a music bar and the automatic doors just kept opening and closing all day until late evening. And the room was not at all sound proof. They should say that if you have a good hearing and want to rest in your holiday, you should not choose this location :)

Spacious apartment with great location, just where the life is. Everything easily accessible by foot. Very friendly and supportive staff.

Parking is available at Piazza Mazzini, but in the evening one may need to make several cycles around before one gets place.

A fantastic stay in a fantastic city - we will come back!

The location is exceptional - 3min walk to the central square through a large pedestrian road. The amenities are outstanding - we had three "floors" available for us exclusively, plus a ~60 square meter terrace. All for a very fair price! Breakfast was (freshly!) delivered to the room door in the morning. The fridge was filled with water, joghurts and juices - all included in the fare.

Enrico was so helpful despite of the rapid reservation. The apartment was comfortably and cozy, the breakfast contained fresh bakery products and yoghurt. The location of the apartment is also excellent. Totally recommended!

1) google maps shows an incorrect address of the apartment. This is not the house. This is not a question for the hotel, but you need to consider when searching for a hotel. In fact, the apartment is located in the same building as the Apollo Teatro. 2) WiFi does not work in distant rooms as you move away from reception.

Unprofessional and unacceptable management

Location was very close to the old town

The hosts were extremely unprofessional. Although we confirmed our arrival in the afternoon and were told reception is open from 3pm, when we arrived - we waited an hour with very little news at the door (we were first told, be there in 5 minutes, then got sent numbers of other people to contact, who never picked up). When we finally checked in - their "apology" was conditional to canceling our reservation on booking.com and they would offer a small discount if we accepted to cancel and pay privately under the table. Guessing this is why they have positive reviews in general - as they force people to cancel. When we refused, they marked our reservation as "no show" and cancelled on booking.com anyways. The rooms were mediocre, the pull out bed was extremely uncomfortable and it was right on top of a cafe/bar that played very loud music which just added to the negative experience we had.

Great value for money, clean, comfortable and great location!

We arrived into Lecce by car and Apollo Suites had already advised where we could park which was really helpful. We found the location of the apartment to be great, as it is not in the centre of the old city, but right at the beginning of it, so the parking and driving around was easier than it would be if staying in the centre. Staying here, you're really close to everything you need. Its lovely to stroll the old city at night, you have shopping and restaurants all around you. The communication from Apollo suites was terrific. Very prompt responses and always trying their best to help with all questions and requests. The rooms are really spacious with high ceilings and large bathrooms. We found the water pressure to be quite weak in the shower, but it was manageable. We stayed 3 nights and by night 2 we found the bed a little uncomfortable, Andrea helped immediately by putting another bed with mattress in our room and this really helped make our last night much better. We had to leave early and they were very accomodating by proving us with breakfast before the actual time they begin to serve breakfast, so again we were very appreciative. The Apartment was really clean and quite modern inside a beautiful old building. We thought Apollo Suites were great value for money and we do recommend you stay here.
