Giovanni is een bijzonder aardige en warme host. Niet alleen stuurt hij dagelijks uitgebreide tips over wat te doen in Lecce en de omgeving, speciaal toegespitst op jouw wensen. Hij is ook heel responsief en toegankelijk met andere verzoeken. Het was bijvoorbeeld geen probleem om een late check out te doen. Het appartement is ruim, licht en heeft 3 slaapkamers met allen een eigen badkamer. De vibe is ontspannen. De keuken, waarin alle voorzieningen aanwezig zijn, wordt gedeeld. Mijn kamer (nr. 2) had daarnaast een eigen koelkastje en een balkon. Deze grenst aan die van de buren. De andere gasten waren erg vriendelijk. Je kan in de kelder kleding wassen, voorzien van wasmiddel, en strijken (dit vond ik erg handig). De locatie is perfect: in een rustige wijk aan de rand van het centrum, waar je je binnen een paar minuten wandelend bevind. De airco is een uitkomst op hete dagen.
Misschien alleen dat de supermarkt iets te ver lopen was voor mij (slechts 8 min maar op hete dagen met zware tassen was het lastig).

House owner Giovanni is dealing with everything what you need. Property is very close to old town of Lecce, and has free private parking. Giovanni is very friendly and helpful person who tries to help everyday to you while you are travelling to other places. Room is ok, has balcony and private bathroom. It is 10 mins to old town by walk and maximum 40 mins to perfect sea side places like Otranto, Gallipoli by car.
We had a problem with the gate of the garage, he immediately tried to solve it. He texted me every day about what I can do in Lecce and neighbors. Thank you Giovanni.

The host was really cool, gave us a lot of suggestions of things to visit and eat
With the price that we payed our expectations were bigger. The bed, the bathroom and so on, where not so comfortable
