I love the little notes they left itโs the sweetest ever. And to our surprise the morning we checked out , one of the staff even washed the car ,Unexpected . Talk about going the extra mile and getting ur customers the best service ever . Thank you so much Heidi and team ๐๐ป

This is amazing never in my life i have felt that a place goes the xtra mile like the Sands. The best service ever, i am definitely going back. The best service ever! 10 Stars!

The Sands is in an enviable position right by the edge of the Indian Ocean, facing East for the morning sun. It is a really beautiful hotel, small but perfect, with thatched roofs and high ceilings. My wife and I stayed in Room 5, by far the best room in the hotel with a superb huge bathroom and an enormous 4 poster double bed. We woke at 0530 to witness the spectacular sunrise. I then swam in the infinity pool. Breakfast was exceptional as was dinner; we had delicious and extremely healthy kudu steaks. All the staff have been immensely welcoming, attentive and kind. Absolutely first class and thoroughly deserving of its 5 star rating.
We really liked everything about The Sands and rearranged our holiday plans to stay a second night. No negatives whatsoever.

Wonderful location, great facilities, friendly staff, good breakfast.
This place is just great, the only tiny comment is that the hollandaise sauce on the Eggs Benedict was so sour I could barely eat them.
