Well located within walking distance of most central Lisbon attractions. Pretty street below with many surrounding cafés and restaurants. Lively vibe. Beautiful views, even part of the river in the distance. We were on the top floor so lift was a bonus. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Upon arrival we were upgraded to a suite ~ wonderful!
The shower head is not adjustable so you have to stand close to the wall but that's a minor. Night out crowd in street could be faintly heard till early hours but also minor as it was only the Saturday night.

Great location, but a bit tired, especially the bathroom.
The lifts were old, the safe didn’t work and the bathroom needed updating.
