The staff made up for any shortcomings in the hotel.

A little bit tired but this is fair enough as the price per night is very reasonable considering the location

I like staying here and have done many times.
It’s very good value not perfect but staff all very nice, clean and comfortable and lovely breakfast especially the veggie sausages! (Although love see yogurt too!)
Excellent location
Evening entertainment good,it was on everyday of my stay
I had one of the newer refurbished rooms which I believe they are working their way through
Could do with replacing the beds! Could feel the springs
It’s a bit tired in places and could do with deep cleaning carpets in communal areas (appreciate end of season)
There are also quite a few stairs ro some rooms (no lift)

The staff are excellent. The rooms clean . A great location. Good parking . An excellent bar lounge .
Surprisingly no toiletries in bathrooms for showering with etc . Just a bar of soap for washing hands . The full English breakfast was excellent but the sausage is low grade and tasteless. But apart these two niggles I’d still highly recommend this establishment.

The best thing about this property is its staff. We have never experienced a more accomodating group of staff, and it was probably the highlight of this property. They were extrmeely attentive.
The room was less than basic. The washroom was extremely small, we could not move inside the washroom. There was patches of mold in the washroom which was very unhygenic. No handwash was given, which was very uncomfortable.
