Overall, the property is decent, but it falls short of international 5-star standards. While the rooms are a bit dated, they are a good size and feature decent quality bathrooms. The restaurant food is edible but nothing special and it is far too expensive for what you get! The pool area is nice but severely lacks service, for example the swim-up bar was completely unattended for my entire stay (almost a week) and was therefore useless. The gym is terrible and nowhere near 5-star quality, missing basic equipment like a bench press, barbells and offering only one old, raggedy treadmill that has definitely seen better days. Cleanliness is acceptable, but the housekeepers and general staff were not particularly friendly. Keeping in mind that overall hotel standards in Lusaka leave a lot to be desired, this property is fine by local standards. Just don't go in expecting a true international 5-star experience.
This hotel might be worth it at a cheaper rate, but for what they currently charge, it leaves much to be desired!
