The proprietors were very polite, helpful and accommodating. A nice touch was to be provided with home made scones cream and jam each day. The cooked breakfast was excellent and served in an efficient manner.
The furniture and decor is in need of an update and it appeared that some furniture had not been moved for months. The windows and blinds had not been cleaned for some while.

The brilliant hosts great vibe of the place nice quieter end of the town but 15 minutes walk into the busy part of town the owners cats and dog bed was super comfy and the breakfast was amazing
