Convenient location but better facilities and better value elsewhere

Convenient location

We have stayed in places much better than this for less money. The room was taken up by the bed, there were no bedside lights, the overhead light in a fan was dim.There was no plug in the bathroom and no hairdryer which is a standard facility these days.Towels thin and hard. Verandah had unkept pot plants and looked tired.

Budget stay in a beautiful area.. doesn’t feel like you’re in Penrith

Great location, only a quick drive to train station and shops Easy to locate and check in (thank you for the keys in the lock box) Bedding was clean Beautiful outlook near the river

Cabin was a bit run down The neighbouring cabin was playing music/ partying until 4am.. very thin walls Second bedroom door wouldn’t close

Somewhat comfortable

Location was perfect as the main aim for our visit was to go on The Nepean Belle, which was a few minutes down the road. The cabin was very roomy & accommodated the 3 of us well.

The cabin was absolutely freezing when we entered & took some time to warm up. Cleanliness was poor - there were stains on the bathroom mirror, there were spider webs throughout and lot of dust, especially on lamps.

Great location for beautiful walks by the Nepean River

Fantastic location to enjoy beautiful walks. Also restaurants and cafes a short 10 minute walk away too.

For the two night stay we had we enjoyed every bit of the area .

The location was great close to shopping centres. Restaurants were great.

Great place to stay and surprisingly comfortable bed slept so well.

Cabins are getting a little old, need to update.

We enjoyed the break away but would have loved one of the updated cabins.

I loved the location, what they had and what the cabin offered. It would’ve been nice to stay in an updated cabin and during the warmer months.

However the pool was not heated which was really disappointing and limited it’s use. The cabin was a great layout and offered everything we needed but it felt very run down, in need of updating and a thorough clean; furniture, flooring and walls were very dirty. I noticed quite a few cockroaches in the cabin. Also the main bed/mattress was in very poor condition and the curtain rod was hanging dangerously off the wall.

great place to stay and staff went out of their way to make us feel at home.

Staff were amazing. Very accommodating to our needs.

the bunk rooms were very small and kitchenette facilities were limited because of this.

while location was reasonably convenient and room was clean and tidy it was small and pillows were very uncomfortable

The cabin I was moved to had been renovated but still had issues. An oven with nothing to use in it

Location is great and the cabin I eventually got was not too bad

On arrival I was allocated my cabin when I entered the cabin had a smell. The lounge and carpet were filthy. The fridge wouldn’t close the wardrobe door was off and just leaning up. The tiles in the shower were falling off. This cabin was in need of a major overhaul 😳

Very convenient and met my needs

Air conditioning was on when I arrived :) Parking at the door :) After hours safe access :)

Little soaps were terrible :( Blind over the front door was inconvenient :(

Very tidy complex with clean rooms pool a bonus close to great loop walk and restaurants

Staff were friendly and helpful. Room was clean and comfortable. Complex was very neat and tidy. Pool was bonus given the weather was quite warm. Great location near the river which has a great 6km loop walk.

I'm not sure but I don't believe there was free Wifi. If it was available it wasn't offered to me. Rooms are quite small.

Great location but cabins need upgrading and cleaned better.

Location was great only minutes from Westfield, Penrith panthers club and waking distance to parks and river.

The cabin was dirty, dirty socks under the bed, patched holes all throughout the cabin, dirty oven dish left in the oven, beer cans in the garden next to the stairs, toilet stunk like urine and I booked a cabin with pool view description but our cabin wasn’t near the pool at all.

Location, had a pool

Pool was overly clean. Cabins small. We were not able to get a cabin for the four of us (2 adults, 2 children). Was therefore expensive for 2 cabins.

aside from cleaning aspect of 1/3 cabins all was perfect

staff interaction via phone - amazing. no dramas, was as described

dubious cleaning of light switches and other surfaces due to gross stains

overall it was exactly what we wanted.

convenient to blue mountains and train to Sydney. An overall peaceful setting with nice riverwalks close by.

We had a (I think) foreign family next door… the kids were running and jumping late at night. the rooms are well sound insulated but the floors are not. They were only there for two nights.

Sorry but we won’t be coming back.

Friendly and efficient staff. Kristy was very prompt in answering my queries before our arrival as it was New Year’s Eve.

Everything else. The place needs a serious upgrade. The rooms were so small, barely enough space to move around. There were stains on the carpet and bedsheet of one of the bunk beds in my girls’ room. For the price we paid, it was a letdown.
