ベッドが広くてゆっくり眠れました。
静かで過ごしやすいのもいいですね。
ドライヤーも良かったです。
お水が用意されてるのも感謝です。
スタッフの笑顔も良かったです。
スタッフ全員がいつも笑顔でいるのは大変だと思いますがそこがちょっと残念でした。

スタッフの方が外国人の方でしたが、対応がとても好感が持てます。
部屋の匂いが入った瞬間 喫煙、禁煙共に少し嫌な匂いがしました。
エアコン、空気清浄機を付けるとすぐ気にならなくなる程度です。
ハリウッドツインに宿泊した時はコンセントが片方のベッド側にしかなく 仕方なく近くのドン・キホーテで延長コードを買って両側使えるようにしました。
コンセントを沢山使いたい方は気を付けた方が良い点です。

駐車場の方、フロントの方の接客が良かった。朝食も、大阪名物があり、どれも美味しかったです。
アメニティに化粧用コットンが欲しかったです。
