One of my favorite Novotels. I somehow sleep like the dead here everytime I pass through Abu Dhabi. The bed is very comfortable and the curtains are very good for blocking out light. The staff is unfailingly polite, pleasant, helpful and friendly. There is a starbucks onsite and taxis appear very quickly when summoned. Although it’s a bit far from the airport, this is my goto Abu Dhabi layover hotel for all the benefits it provides.
Just wish it was closer to the airport :-)

What stood out most was the warmth and friendliness of the staff. Everyone, from the restaurant team to the breakfast staff, housekeeping and room service, made us feel genuinely welcome. They always checked on my little boy and the rest of my family, which I really appreciated.
Breakfast was a lovely experience each morning, and the manager, chef and waitresses were always smiling, attentive and kind. A special mention to Wah, who made my little boy feel very comfortable.
We also enjoyed dining at Gabbiano Restaurant. On our last night, May and the manager made the evening extra special for my son, who turns 3 on Saturday 22/08, with a dessert, sparkles and a birthday song. It was such a thoughtful touch and a lovely way to end our stay.
The rooms were clean and neat, and the service throughout our stay was efficient and friendly. Overall, it was a very warm and memorable first family holiday experience in the UAE
The room and bathroom were clean and neat, but I do feel the bathroom could benefit from some maintenance and updating. There was a crack in the bathtub, which I didn’t mention during our stay as it didn’t affect us significantly. Overall, the room was comfortable and clean, but the décor and bathroom facilities felt a little dated and lacked that “wow” factor compared, with the excellent service we received.
